Fifth and Flowers is looking for talented people to join our team part time.

The ideal candidates are creative types with a preferred background in the arts. Painting, sculpting, color theory, and an understanding in balance and harmony are all transferable skills that we’re looking for. In addition to creativity, candidates should be hardworking and prioritize quality of product and design. As a premium event florist, you’ll help bring visions to life by creating concepts from start to finish.

Previous floral design experience is great, but isn’t a requirement. With or without floral experience, the ideal candidate is open to learning the Fifth and Flowers way and takes design critique in a positive way. We’re constantly improving and pushing the limits - so you will be too!

In this role you’ll;
•Process flowers to get them ready to use in our designs
•Keep adequate stock of supplies
•Design thoughtful arrangements ranging from sympathy, celebrations, holidays, and more
•Create complex wedding designs that may require a fair amount of technical detail
•Travel to events for on location setups - occasional use of personal vehicle may be requested with mileage paid per mile
•Get your hands dirty on our farm when assisting planting seedlings or harvesting inventory
•Deliver occasional orders when needed
•And more!

This is a part time position with Friday and Saturday being the primary days needed. Hours may range from 8-24 hours a week-depending on size of the event that weekend. This role is as needed and as we continue growing, we’ll be needing you more and more!

Rate per hour: $20
